Go to where my marker point is on the map and you will find a bunch of mobs that can drop motes of life. This isn't my favorite place to farm motes of life, but it works as the respawn rate is fairly high for these mobs. If you are having a hard time seeing my marker it is on the bottom left of the map
Within 10 minutes of farming I was able to gather 24 motes of life! That is close to 16 primal life per hour!
